We have been doing a lot of work in Through Technology on how to scale effectively, including improving our recruitment processes. This is a key challenge for small businesses with our level of success, where we must grow to meet demand whilst not compromising on the quality of our services or our capability to deliver them.
As part of improving our recruitment, we have decided to sign the Armed Forces Covenant, making it clear that we actively support the recruitment of ex-forces personnel and forces partners and spouses. That we will make adjustments to support their situation and career path into the private sector with us.
As we continue to grow our team, I look forward to interviewing armed forces people and the skills and experience that they will bring to our team.
Our website and recruitment material will be amended to reflect this pledge in their next updates, and you should soon see Through Technology listed on the Armed Forces Covenant website.
